I grew up eating Cuban Food every day. Cuban Food is not traditionally spicy, but that doesn't mean we don't like flavor!  When I was a boy, we always kept a bottle of home made hot sauce in the fridge. We used it on everything, especially dishes like Rabo Encendido, Camarones Enchilados, Ropa Vieja, Ceviche and Ostiones. When friends came over they would beg and plead for the hot sauce recipe. After much convincing, with my Grandmother's recipe close to my heart, I decided to make a big batch of the sauce and bottle it as a gift for my friends. This inspired me to use my sauce to share a unique Cuban flavor with the world. Traditionally, when a Cuban asks for hot sauce, they ask for  "Un Picantico", hence the name Cubanito Picantico™!  I invite you to share this great Miami-Cuban style hot sauce with your friends and family, It's "Great on Everything!"

Cubanito Picantico™ is the first Miami-Cuban style hot sauce on the market.This hot sauce is made from a very old recipe that was passed down from my Grandmother. It is made with fresh garlic, ripe red habanero peppers, distilled white vinegar, Spanish yellow onions, carrots and salt. This unique combination of ingredients are aged, cooked and blended together to create our delicious Cuban-inspired medium hot sauce that is "Great on Everything!"
